First of all, we would like to inform you that “European Regulation 2016/679 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of such data” (from now on “GDPR”) provides for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data as a fundamental right.

Therefore, under Article 13 of the GDPR, we inform you that:

TREATMENT OWNER

The owner of the processing of personal data is New Ideal S.n.c., with legal headquarters in Via Luigi Cadorna, 16 – 24060 Bolgare (BG), e-mail info@seddys.com.

TREATMENT INFORMATION

The personal data being processed is collected directly by New Ideal S.n.c. or by third parties expressly authorized by it, that is, communicated by the Company to those third parties for the purposes described below.

LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

The personal data conferred by you when browsing the website www.seddys.com is processed by the Holder in accordance with the current regulations regarding the protection of personal data.

The legal basis of the treatment is identified in the provision of its services by the Company, in the management and facilitation of the website, as well as in the establishment, execution and possible termination of the online sales contract concluded between the parties and in the obligations to the same contract related and/or by the same directly and/or indirectly arising.

New Ideal’s handling of personal data is intended to serve the following purposes:

EXCLUSIVE OF Seddys.com: If you decide to subscribe to the “Seddys Newsletter, only after any specific consent, your personal data will be processed by the Treatment Holder for sending commercial or promotional communications, updates related to, for example, latest trends, new arrivals, exclusive offers, special events and promotions. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, simply click the sign-up link at the bottom of the emails you receive or by writing to info@seddys.com.
REGISTER ON seddys.com: if the user decides to register with the seddys.com site, only after a specific consent, the personal data will be processed by the Treatment Holder for the purpose of registration on seddys.com. In particular, in return for the bestowal of your first name, last name, email address and the setting of a login password, these will be treated for the creation of a personal account, to speed up the purchase process, to allow the user to view the status of orders and receive updates on purchases made, change personal settings and update the account, view the history of returns and requests for exchange goods.
SHOPPING ONLINE ACTIVITY: The personal data provided will be used for the establishment, management, execution and/or termination of the online sales contract. The data conferred will be processed by the Controller for the purpose of the management of the purchase order with reference, for example, to the activity of payment, shipping, taking charge of any returns, for customer assistance, for the execution of administrative purposes – accountants related to the management of the order, for the fulfillment of obligations under the current legislation. In the case of payment by credit card, the information essential for the execution of the transaction (credit/debit card number, expiration date, security code) will be processed directly by STRIPE or, possibly, by companies in charge of fraud control via encrypted protocol and without third parties having access to it in any way. However, this information will never be viewed or stored by the seller.

THE NATURE OF THE TREATMENT

In relation to the purposes of paragraph 1 in the previous paragraph, the provision of personal data and consent to its treatment is optional. Failure to grant consent means that New Ideal cannot be allowed to subscribe to the “New Ideal Newsletter, the sending of commercial or promotional communications, updates related to, for example, latest trends, new arrivals, exclusive offers, special events and promotions.

If you decide to sign up for the newsletter through the section of the website solely dedicated to this activity, the provision of personal data and consent to its treatment is mandatory.

In relation to the purposes of paragraph 2) of the previous paragraph, the provision of personal data and consent to its treatment is optional. Failure to grant consent means that New Ideal cannot allow registration on seddys.com, the creation of a personal account, the speeding up of the purchase process, the ability for the user to change personal settings and update the account, to view the history of returns and requests for exchange goods.

In relation to the purposes of paragraph 3 in the previous paragraph, the provision of personal data and consent to its treatment is mandatory. Failure to grant consent means that it is impossible for Seddys to proceed with the establishment, management, execution and/or termination of the online sales contract, therefore the impossibility of carrying out, as an example, the activities related to payment, shipping, the taking charge of any returns, customer service activities, the execution of administrative purposes – accounting related to the management of the order, and the fulfillment of the regulations.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

The personal data being processed by the Owner is those provided by the user when browsing the website www.seddys.com, on the occasion of the eventual registration/adherence to the services /programs made available to New Ideal and/or the possible purchase of products made available to New Ideal, such as, but not limited to: first name, last name and e-mail address, in addition to the data necessary for the provision of the online sales service such as, for example, those functional to the payment and shipping/change of purchased products.

HOW DATA IS PROCESSED AND STORED

The personal data provided by you will be the subject of processing operations in accordance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations that the Owner is inspired by. The data will be processed both with computer tools and on paper media and on any other type of suitable support, in accordance with the appropriate security measures under Article 5 par. 1 lett. F of GDPR.

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Holder in accordance with the current Privacy Regulations. The Holder performs the processing of personal data through computer and/or telematics tools and in organizational and logical ways closely related to the pursuit of the purposes indicated in this information, as well as by taking the appropriate security measures in order to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data, its loss and its illegal and incorrect use. However, the Company cannot guarantee to its users that the measures taken for the security of the site and the transmission of data and information on the site are able to limit or exclude any risk of unauthorized access or dispersion of data by devices relevant to the user. For this reason, site users are advised to ensure that their computer is equipped with software to protect the transmission of data over the network (such as up-to-date antivirus) and that their Internet Provider has taken appropriate steps to ensure the security of data transmission over the network. The Company is also committed to treating the data according to the principles of fairness, law and transparency, to collect it to the necessary and exact extent for treatment and to allow it to be used only by personnel for the authorized purpose.

In relation to the different purposes for which it is collected, personal data will be retained for as long as it is necessary to achieve it and, in any case, in accordance with the relevant regulatory provisions.

RECIPIENTS AND PROCESSORS

The collected data will not be disseminated in any way, but will be processed within the limits and purposes described by the Company’s employees on the basis of appropriate operational instructions (e.g., administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators, etc.). Some data treatments may also be carried out by third parties, appointed External Managers of treatment, which the Owner uses or could use in the context of the management of the contractual relationship, the provision of the services offered and for organizational needs of his business. In particular, the data could be communicated to:

individuals, public and private, who can access data under the provision of law, regulation or EU legislation, within the limits of those rules;
individuals who need access to data for purposes related to the contractual relationship between the parties, within the limits strictly necessary to carry out auxiliary tasks (such as banks and lenders, technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies, postal couriers and shipping companies);
advisers, as necessary to carry out their professional duties.

The updated list of External Managers and persons authorized to process is kept at the location of the Controller and is available to the Interested, subject to an e-mail to the info@seddys.com.

TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD

The collected data is not disclosed to the Owner’s foreign members

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED

As an Interested person, you may exercise, at any time, the rights under Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the GDPR, which in particular give you the power to:

obtaining from the Owner of the Treatment, under Article 15, confirmation that or not personal data is being processed and, if so, obtaining access to the data itself and information such as: (i) the purpose of the treatment; (ii) categories of personal data; (iii) recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data has been or will be disclosed, particularly if they are recipients located in third countries or international organizations; (iv) when possible, the expected retention period of personal data or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
obtaining from the Controller, under Article 16, the correction of inaccurate personal data that concerns him without unjustified delay; In view of the purposes of the treatment, the person has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional declaration;
obtain from the Controller, under Article 17, the deletion of personal data concerning him without unjustified delay. The Holder has an obligation to delete, without unjustified delay, personal data if there is one of the reasons given in Paragraph 1 of Article 17;
Treatment Owner, under Art. 18, the limitation of treatment when one of the assumptions governed by paragraph 1 of Article 18 is used;
obtaining from the Controller, under Article 20, the portability of the data i.e. to receive in a structured format, common use and readable by an automatic device, the personal data that concerns it provided to a treatment owner. You also have the right to pass on this data to another unhindered treatment holder by the first holder to whom you have provided it, if the conditions set out in Article 20 paragraph 1 apply. Finally, the Person has the right to obtain the direct transmission of personal data from one controller to another, if technically feasible;
all or part of article 21 to the processing of personal data concerning it.

For the exercise of your rights, you can use the appropriate section within your Account (if registered) or submit your requests to info@seddys.com.

It should also be noted that the Person has the right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudging the legality of the treatment based on the consent given before the withdrawal, subject to the overly stated consequences of a possible refusal to provide such personal data. You also have the right to make a complaint to an audit authority.

New Ideal is committed to responding to the Request within a month, save for cases of particular complexity for which it could take up to three months. In any case, the Treatment Owner will give evidence to the Person of the reason for waiting within one month of the request. The outcome of the request will be provided in writing or electronically. In the case of an adjustment request, cancellation and limitation of treatment, the Treatment Owner undertakes to communicate the results of the requests received by the Person to each of the recipients of his data, unless this is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.

The Company specifies that any contribution may be made to the Interested person if the questions are manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive; In this regard, the Treatment Owner will have a register to track the requests for intervention.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

The constant evolution of our services may result in changes in the characteristics of the processing of your personal data described so far. As a result, this privacy policy may undergo changes and integrations over time, which may also be necessary in relation to new regulatory interventions regarding the protection of personal data.
